Welcome to QA Manager
A standalone quality assurance tool for public safety communications centers. Let's get your agency set up.
Step 2 of 4 — Agency Info
Appears in PDF headers, footers, and printed reports.
Appears in the sidebar. Typically county or city name only.
Shown in the browser tab title alongside your short name.
Pre-fills the Evaluator field on new evaluations. Can be changed later.
Step 1 of 4 — Storage Folder
Connect a local or network folder to store your evaluations as real files. This keeps your data outside the browser, survives cache clears, and enables access from multiple machines.
Without a folder, data will not be saved if you close or refresh the browser.
Step 3 of 4 — Agency Logo
Upload your agency logo to display it in the sidebar. PNG or JPG recommended. You can skip this and add one later in Admin → Settings.
Step 4 of 4 — Import Personnel (Optional)
Bring in your existing roster from a CSV export or a pasted list, or skip this and add personnel later in Admin → Personnel Management.
Restore from Backup
Select a backup file exported from a previous installation. All evaluations, personnel, forms, and settings will be restored. You will then be prompted to connect a storage folder.
Backup files end in -qa-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.json
Or restore a Full Backup, which also includes your agency logo and any PDF attachments.
Full backup files end in -qa-full-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.zip
Almost Done — Connect a Folder
Your backup has been loaded into memory. Connect a storage folder to save it permanently. Without a folder, all restored data will be lost when you close or refresh the browser.
Data will be lost on refresh. You can connect a folder later in Admin → Settings.
